Once the toys are collected, used toys have to be sorted.  Unfortunately, the majority of used toys are not suitable to be use by our organization.  The Country Santa has a high standard of what is given to the children.

The toys we can't use are recycled.  They are given to Miracle Hill or a group in Marietta.  Both these groups have the man power to clean and sometimes fix broken toys.

However, if the toys are broken, really dirty or just plain in bad shape, they are thrown away.

Sometimes if we do not receive the type or enough of toys needed for a specific age group.  If that the case, we buy what is needed from monetary donations.
